You can check the status of your order by clicking Track Order page.

Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details by e-mail.

Again, once we dispatch your shipment, you will be notified via email.

Your tracking link may take up to 24 hours from shipping date to get activated.

In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you will receive an update from us.

Yes, you can cancel your item(s) within one hour after your order is confirmed. After 1 hour, cancellation will not be possible.

You can cancel the orders that are in Order confirmation stage.

Refund for cancelled orders will be processed in within 7-10 working days, as per the refund policy.

We start making progress within a few hours of your order. Incase for unforeseen circumstances, you want to cancel your in-processing order, write to helpdesk@pagalswag.in with your complete order number.

You can return an order by clicking Return on the My Orders page.

* We accept returns within 2 days from the date of delivery of the order for most of the products.

Please ensure while returning, the product and the packaging are in the same condition as it was delivered.

* We do not accept returns for innerwear, cosmetic products due to hygiene concerns.

* Few other products like wearables, notebooks etc are also non returnable.

We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.

There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. Reach out to helpdesk@pagalswag.in for more support.

Eligible Refund will be returned back to the original mode of payment. Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
